In this essential junior position role, you will provide dedicated support to our Hungarian-speaking clients, helping them navigate our online marketplace and ensuring they have a seamless experience.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and customer service. Your ability to connect with customers and resolve their inquiries will be a key element in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with our users.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Hungarian via email, chat, and phone
- Assist clients with questions about our marketplace platform, including product listings and order management
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system
- Collaborate with various internal teams to address and resolve issues
- Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing the marketplace effectively
- Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance our services
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the e-commerce or online marketplace sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
