Position Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s human resources strategy to attract, develop, and retain talent. This role focuses on promoting a positive organizational culture, ensuring legal compliance, and aligning HR initiatives with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and provide HR guidance on people-related matters.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding).
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Address employee relations issues and provide effective conflict resolution.
- Supervise payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance department.
- Foster a strong corporate culture and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labour and employment laws as well as internal policies.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports, metrics, and KPIs for management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in HRM, Organizational Behaviour, or a similar discipline is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role (HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager).
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making ability.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
