About the Role:

As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department in various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.

·       Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

·       Process payroll and benefits administration.

·       Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

·       Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary assistance.

·       Assist in performance management processes, including employee evaluations.

·       Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

·       Conduct research and analysis on HR related topics to support decision making.

·       Participate in meeting and contribute to discussions on HR and operational matters.

·       Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by HR Management.

·       Ensure the Employee documentation and records are complete from the day of their joining.

Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

·       Previous experience in an HR role or related administrative position is preferred.

·       Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel etc.

·       Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

 

Work mode:

Work from Office.

Shift Time:

10am-7pm
