The HR Systems & Analytics Senior Specialist plays a key role in managing, optimizing, and developing HR systems and people analytics, supporting data-driven decision making and the overall effectiveness of HR operations across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Manages and maintains HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Acts as the main point of contact for HR systems-related topics, supporting HR stakeholders and end users
- Leads system enhancements, configurations, testing, and upgrades in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
- Develops, maintains, and automates HR reports and dashboards, providing meaningful insights to HR leadership and management
- Analyzes HR data related to headcount, turnover, performance, compensation, and other key people metrics
- Supports the design and implementation of HR analytics frameworks and KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Ensures data governance, GDPR compliance, and adherence to internal policies across all HR systems
- Contributes to continuous improvement of HR processes through system optimization and data-driven recommendations
- Prepares ad hoc analyses and presentations to support strategic HR initiatives
Requirements
Education, Experience and Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Systems, HR Analytics, or a similar role. Very good knowledge of SAP Success Factors is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and HR data structures (experience with system implementations or upgrades will be considered an asset)
- Advanced experience in HR reporting, data analysis, and visualization tools , preferably PowerBI & SQL
- Excellent level of written and oral communication in English and Greek
- Advanced computer literacy, including MS Excel and MS Office applications
