In the role of Human Resources Intern at Villa San Michele, a Belmond Hotel, you will be an essential part of the HR department for the upcoming season. • Supporting the recruitment process, including posting jobs and screening candidates.
• Assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Controll and Organization Staff House
• Helping to organize staff training sessions and events.
• Providing administrative support to the HR team (e.g., preparing documents, managing correspondence).
• Assisting with daily HR operations and responding to employee inquiries.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Law, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the hospitality sector and human resources management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
