We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, data management, and administrative support.
Requirements
- Support the recruitment process by helping with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, preparing documents, and organizing orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help coordinate internal HR events, trainings, and meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Interest in pursuing a career in HR and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic understanding of HR functions and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
