HR Generalist
to join our team in Zakynthos.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job advertising to onboarding of new employees.
- Facilitate the orientation and training programs for new staff to enhance their job skills.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with applicable laws.
- Oversee performance evaluation processes and assist in employee development planning.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Implement and support employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace morale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
