SWOT Hospitality is looking to recruit an

HR Administrator for Porto Carras

Your main responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth integration.
  • Handle employee records, including updates and maintenance, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide support for recruitment processes including job postings, resume collection, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage the employee onboarding & offboarding process .
  • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
