SWOT Hospitality is looking to recruit an
HR Administrator for Porto Carras
Your main responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth integration.
- Handle employee records, including updates and maintenance, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Provide support for recruitment processes including job postings, resume collection, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage the employee onboarding & offboarding process .
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
