Housekeeping Manager Assistant | Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel

For the 2026 season, Castello di Casole, a Belmond property in the heart of Tuscany, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager Assistant. In this role, you will support the Housekeeping Manager to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service excellence throughout the property. You will play a vital part in creating a guest experience that reflects the warmth and authenticity of Tuscan hospitality. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in supervising daily cleaning operations across rooms, suites, and public areas. 
• Ensure all rooms and suites meet Belmond’s quality and presentation standards. 
• Support the management of laundry services, linen inventories, and stock control. 
• Coordinate, motivate, and inspire the housekeeping team to achieve performance goals and maintain high service standards. 
• Monitor maintenance needs and communicate promptly with relevant departments. 
• Maintain guest privacy, handle personal belongings with care, and anticipate guest needs. 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of housekeeping processes and standards. 

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality is preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team. 
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
