We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Housekeeper to join our team at White Pearl Hospitality for the season of 2026 (April-October) in Santorini. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe use.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English or Greek is an advantage.
