Professional Civil Process (PCP) is looking for a Process Server in the State of Texas – a person who wants to go above and beyond for the legal support industry. We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter and with exceptional energy and enthusiasm to join our Team.

About the position:
- Delivers legal documents, such as a summons, complaint, subpoena, restraining order or eviction notice to the person named on the document.
Requirements
About you:
- High school diploma or equivalent - required
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle - required
- Clean driving record
- Flawless attendance
- Effective time management skills
- Extremely organized
- Excellent customer service skills
- Process serving certificate - Plus
Benefits
Compensation, Hours, and Benefits:
- Company car and gas card will be provided
- Cell phone reimbursement
- Full-time (40 hours per week): four (4) ten hour days Wednesday - Saturday
- Process server certification paid by company
- Dental/vision plan - available upon hire
- MEC Health Plan - Minimum Essential Coverage - after sixty (60) days of service
- Holiday pay - after six (6) months of service
