We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Homeroom Teacher to join international school in Shanghai, Suzhou, or Hangzhou. This position offers a competitive salary of 30-35K per month, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent in education.
Main Responsibilities:
- Teach students aged 5-16 with a focus on creating an engaging learning environment.
- Plan and deliver dynamic lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain discipline.
- Assess and track student progress through regular evaluations.
- Participate in school activities, events, and continuous professional development.
- Foster students' understanding of Western cultures and languages.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Native English speaker from the US, UK, Australia, or Canada.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), or equivalent teaching qualifications are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Education or related fields.
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
