Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:
- Provide customers with excellent support and service via phone, email, social media, and mobile applications.
- Actively listen to customers’ needs, troubleshoot on their behalf, and resolve issues effectively.
- Communicate fluently in Hebrew and comfortably switch to English (B2 level, both written and verbal).
Requirements
- Speak Hebrew fluently
- Can confidently communicate in English (B2 level, both written and verbal)
- Ideally have previous experience in customer support—but if not, full training will be provided
