  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the Hospitality & Media sector.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Hospitality & Media industry.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, including forecasting and reporting.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development for team members.
  • Collaborates with other departments to identify opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Overseeing the treasury services budget, sales goals, and profit & loss (P&L).
  • Monitoring and evaluating sales performance using metrics such as conversion rates, deal size, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree Sales in any major
  2. Min. 5 years work experience as Head of Sales in B2B segment or related field
  3. Experienced handling in Hospitality & Media account
  4. Effective management skill and rational thinking skill
  5. Communication skill and consultative selling skill
  6. Willing to work in Centennial Tower, Jakarta
