Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the guest relations team to provide outstanding service and support to all guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and build loyalty.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- Organize and coordinate guest events and special requests to create unforgettable experiences.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to streamline services and guest interactions.
- Monitor guest experiences and feedback, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of exceptional service within the team, providing training and support as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Strong leadership capabilities to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism.
- Analytical mindset to assess guest feedback and implement effective strategies for improvement.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is preferred.
