On behalf of our client, a luxury lifestyle resort in Paphos, we’re seeking a professional and service-oriented Guest Relations / Concierge to join their team. The Guest Relations/Concierge will serve as the primary point of contact for guests seeking information, assistance, and personalized services. Your role is to deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally.  You represent the resort’s commitment to luxury, service excellence, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome guests and provide courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.
  • Act as an ambassador of the resort by maintaining in-depth knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with dining reservations, transportation arrangements, excursions, spa appointments, and other personalized requests.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, etc.) to ensure guest requests are fulfilled seamlessly and build a database with all  repeat and loyal guests preferences.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date concierge database of local events, dining options, cultural sites, entertainment venues, and exclusive offerings.
  • Arrange special services such as floral deliveries, gift arrangements, and romantic or celebratory surprises.
  • Ensure all interactions and transactions are accurately documented in the concierge system or guest profile.
  • Promote resort activities and upsell premium services when appropriate.
  • Uphold the resort’s standards of confidentiality, discretion, and service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar luxury hospitality role preferred.
  • High School diploma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Russian language. Knowledge of any other language (i.e Greek) will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area, attractions, and services.
  • Proficiency with hotel software systems (e.g., Opera, concierge platforms). Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and resolve problems independently.
  • A proactive, guest-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
