Primary Job Role:
Provide exceptional hospitality and service to guests, ensuring every interaction reflects Harmoni Bali’s values and service standards.
Key Task:
- Greet guests with genuine warmth, offering a memorable first impression
- Escort guests to office, site or facilities when required.
- Arrange special guest needs with a personalized touch.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain updated knowledge of property facilities, services, and promotions to inform guests accurately.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance.
- Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain guest records, preferences, and feedback for future reference.
- Prepare daily guest activity reports for management.
- Monitor guest satisfaction surveys and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Uphold Harmoni Bali's service standards and values in every interaction.
- Maintain professional grooming and a positive attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Min. SMA/SMK from Hospitality
- Fluent in english.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written.
- Able to interact with various types of people, friendly and polite.
- Able to operate computer and have good administrative skills.
- Able to perform several tasks at once well.
- Appear attractive, clean, neat and well-groomed.
- Domicile in Bali
