Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project initiation, scope definition, and prioritization of tasks while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Oversee project progress, deliverables, and quality through effective governance and project management tools.
- Report status to stakeholders, identify risks, and drive timely resolution.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate planning, development, testing, documentation, and implementation to ensure successful and on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 8+years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or S&OP within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, S/4HANA).
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
