What You ‘ll Be Doing:
- Participation in the entire design and development cycle of ground systems that support the command and control of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) for defense and security applications.
- The role is instrumental in delivering robust, secure, and mission-ready command-and-control systems that interface seamlessly within UAS platforms.
- Collaborate across interdisciplinary engineering teams to ensure end-to-end integration.
- Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) of unmanned aircraft systems and their subsystems.
- Physical, logical, functional architecture design and modeling.
- Working with cross functional teams for the analysis, definition, allocation and traceability of system requirements and architectures.
- Coordination of design and development activities over the complete system engineering lifecycle.
- Preparation of system documentation.

Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- University Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Systems Engineering or related discipline.
- More than three (3) years of systems engineering experience (in architecture and design, requirements, documentation, CONOPS, integration and verification).
- Understanding of wireless communication systems, ICT and networking equipment.
- Familiarity with electrical power distribution and lightning protection.
Desired:
- Experience with engineering requirements management tools, e.g. DOORS.
- Experience in human factors engineering.
- Experience modeling complex systems using MBSE SysML tools.
Applicants must be EU Citizens to meet Defense security requirements.
