- Welcoming the guests on arrival and assisting them with their needs upon arrival until they enter the lobby FO
- Handling Guest Luggage on Arrival and Departure
- Entering and Leaving Guest's Room to provide assistance that has been asked from the manager
- Escorting and directing Guests if asked assistance
- Delivering Message, Mail or Parcel to the Guest's Room
- Handling Lost items to the FO
- Assured the surroundings of the welcome area are all clean and set
- Marking sure the luggage area is organised
- Assist with valet parking during the arrival and departure of the guest.
- You should remember the guest by name especially; repeat guests,VIPS, repeat guest, long-staying guests and always greet guests as saying Welcome again
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of the English language ( a second language will be appreciated)
- Previous experience with a 5* property at least 2 years
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- General knowledge of the island where hotel is located and its attractions.
- Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities.
- Welcoming and positive attitude at all times
- Productive under pressure
