About the Role:
Translation Empire, a UK-owned language services company, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on crafting visually compelling designs, staying ahead of industry trends, and bringing innovative ideas to life in the translation & localization industry.
Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of the role of a Graphic Designer is to visually communicate ideas, messages, and brand identity in a way that is clear, engaging, and impactful. They transform concepts into visual materials that support marketing, advertising, product, and communication goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design graphic content, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for diverse projects.
- Manage the complete design process from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to meet deadlines.
- Work with Creative leadership to push the boundaries of visual identity in the translation industry.
- Design corporate collateral including logos, adverts, banners, backdrops, brochures, and leaflets.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
- Generate creative ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
- Conceptualize and create infographics, charts, and visuals for detailed PDF reports.
- Work closely with the marketing team to gather requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
Qualification and Experience:
- Strong understanding of typography, visual theory, color theory, and composition.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities for fast-paced environments.
- Video editing/animation skills are a plus.
- Experience in data visualization and creating complex reports (charts, graphs, infographics).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer arts, Computer Science, or Mass Communication.
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic designing
Reporting Line:
Will report to the Social Media Manager
Work mode:
Work from Office.
Shift Time:
10AM – 7PM (Monday-Friday)
Location:
Bahria Town Ph 7 Office.
