Due to demand and growth, Melbourne office are looking for a final-year or recently graduated Accounting students to join us as Graduate Accountants commencing in 2027!

The Graduate Program is a full-time permanent role and starts early January 2027.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing financial statements (BASs, IAS, FBT Returns) and income tax returns for small business clients (companies, trusts, partnerships). 
• Supporting our Directors with financial modelling, tax planning, and consulting projects. 
• Reviewing taxation notices and preparing correspondence on behalf of clients. 
• Liaising with the ATO. 
• Attending client meetings with your team and attending learning and development sessions. 
• Working alongside other teams within BlueRock to identify opportunities to collaborate. 

Requirements

We want to hear from people who:

• Are in their final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar discipline
• Hold full working rights to work in Australia
• Have the desire to undertake further Accounting qualifications such as CA
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with great ambition!
