Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated German Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Subscription-Based Services Department for one of our clients! In this pivotal Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries about our subscription services and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions about subscription plans, features, and billing
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
- Provide information regarding account management and service upgrades
- Gather feedback from customers to support service improvement initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with service offerings
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, specifically in subscription-based services or related fields
- Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
