Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Streaming TV & Movie Services Department for one of our clients! In this key Entry Level role, you will be the go-to support person for our German-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional assistance as they navigate our streaming services and explore a wide array of TV shows and movies.
This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and customer service. You will play a critical role in enhancing the viewing experience for our users by promptly addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with account management, streaming issues, and service features
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Provide users with information on new content and features
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve our services
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and policies
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the streaming or entertainment sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
