Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with app-related queries, account issues, and ride bookings
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot app issues
  • Provide clear information about app features, promotions, and policies
  • Gather user feedback to help improve our services
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about app updates

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably related to mobile applications or technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
