Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with app-related queries, account issues, and ride bookings
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot app issues
- Provide clear information about app features, promotions, and policies
- Gather user feedback to help improve our services
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about app updates
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably related to mobile applications or technology
