Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Ride-Sharing App Department for one of our clients! In this essential Entry Level role, you will be the primary contact for our German-speaking users, providing exceptional support and assistance with their ride-sharing experiences. Your language skills will ensure effective communication and help resolve any issues our users may encounter.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with questions regarding the app, ride options, and payment concerns
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex user issues
- Provide detailed information and guidance on app features and services
- Gather user feedback to help improve our offerings
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about new app updates
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the ride-sharing or transportation sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
