In this crucial Entry Level role, you will be the first line of communication for our German-speaking users, providing dedicated support and assistance as they navigate our online marketplace platform. Your expertise will help ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in German through email, phone, and chat
- Assist users with inquiries related to account management, product listings, and transactions
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and feedback
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within an online marketplace or e-commerce environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
