Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to home appliances, warranty issues, and product troubleshooting
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions
- Collect client feedback to improve service delivery and strengthen our offerings
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or consumer goods sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive approach to ensuring client satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
