Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions about orders, delivery schedules, and service issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer concerns
- Provide detailed information regarding our food delivery services
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our services
- Engage in continuous training to enhance knowledge of our operations
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the food or delivery sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
