Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a new opening for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Food Delivery Service Department! In this role, you will be the principal point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring they have a delightful experience while using our food delivery services.
This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and an interest in the food industry. You will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to making their experience seamless and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with order questions, delivery issues, and service information
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide relevant information about menus, promotions, and delivery options
- Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of our services
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the food service or delivery sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and systems
