In this vital Entry Level role, you will be the primary contact for our German-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support and information related to car leasing and financing solutions.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding car leasing and financing options
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues
- Offer detailed information about car leasing plans, terms, and conditions
- Gather customer feedback to facilitate continuous service improvement
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the automotive or finance sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
