In this pivotal Entry Level role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our German-speaking clients, assisting them with insurance inquiries and claims processes related to automotive services. Your expertise will be essential in guiding customers and ensuring they understand their insurance options.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding automotive insurance policies and claims
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex insurance claims
- Provide detailed information about coverage options and claims procedures
- Collect feedback from clients to improve our services and processes
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed on industry regulations and procedures
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in automotive insurance or claims processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
