Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in German through telephone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with questions related to our products and services
• Keep detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues
• Provide clients with information and guidance to enhance their product usage
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar position is advantageous
