Mercier Consultancy is seeking dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Representatives to enhance our Imperial Department. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, providing top-notch support and assistance to our German-speaking customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively in German, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and guiding clients through our service offerings in the Imperial Department. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in German through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information regarding our Imperial Department services
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate resolution of customer issues
- Collect customer feedback and share insights for service enhancements
- Remain informed about departmental offerings and any service updates
- Engage in ongoing training to develop your customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluent in both German and English with strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a knack for problem-solving
- Prior experience in customer service preferred, especially in related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
