Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Health & Wellness Products Department for one of our clients. In this pivotal Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to our range of health and wellness products.
Your fluency in German will enable you to effectively assist customers by addressing their questions about product details, order statuses, and wellness-related inquiries. Your expertise will play a crucial role in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty in this growing sector.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German through phone, email, and chat regarding health and wellness products
- Assist clients with order placement, product selection, and troubleshooting issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the product and logistics teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Provide information on new products, promotions, and wellness tips
- Gather customer feedback to enhance our product offerings and service quality
- Stay informed about health and wellness trends to deliver knowledgeable support
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in health and wellness, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for health and wellness and helping customers make informed choices
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
