Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Beauty & Skincare Products Department for one of our clients. In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our range of skincare and beauty products.
Your fluency in German will be essential in assisting clients with inquiries about product details, usage advice, order status, and other related concerns. You will be instrumental in helping customers make informed choices and in promoting our dedication to high-quality beauty solutions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat concerning beauty and skincare products
- Assist customers with product recommendations, application tips, and order placements
- Resolve customer issues and offer effective solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document inquiries in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the product and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Gather and provide feedback on customer experiences to improve our product offerings and services
- Stay updated on new products and trends in the beauty and skincare industry
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for beauty and skincare products
- Previous experience in customer service, especially within the beauty industry, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Enthusiastic about helping customers find the best products for their needs
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus
