Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Automotive Department. In this integral role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to our automotive services and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Your fluency in German will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and assist them in navigating our offerings. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in fostering customer satisfaction and trust within the automotive sector.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German regarding automotive services via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with booking services, providing product information, and addressing any issues they may encounter
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Educate customers on our automotive products and services
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and our offerings
Requirements
- Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
