- Proactively reach out to customers nearing renewal dates to discuss their current subscription and available options.
- Provide clear information on pricing, new features, and promotions to support customer decision-making.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate upgrades or changes to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately process renewals, cancellations, and account updates while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system and follow up as necessary to ensure successful completion of the renewal or upgrade process.
- Collaborate with the customer support and billing teams to resolve any account or payment issues efficiently.
