Mercier Consultancy is seeking a German Speaking Customer Care Agent to enhance our dedicated team! In this vital position, you will provide outstanding support to our German-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

As a Customer Care Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with inquiries regarding our products and services. Your passion for customer service and ability to communicate effectively will play a key role in fostering positive relationships with our clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide assistance with product-related questions and service issues
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Advise customers on best practices for utilizing our services effectively
  • Collect feedback from clients to help improve service delivery
  • Engage in continuous training to develop your skill set

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
  • A strong knack for customer service and effective communication
  • Experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage
  • Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot effectively
