In this pivotal Entry Level role, you will provide invaluable support and guidance to our German-speaking clients as they navigate the intricacies of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Your expertise will enable clients to understand and leverage our innovative solutions, ensuring they make informed decisions in this rapidly changing landscape.

As a consultant, you will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, addressing client inquiries, and troubleshooting any challenges that may arise with our cryptocurrency products and services. Your commitment to excellent customer service will help foster strong relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking clients with inquiries related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Conduct customized product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client needs
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective and timely solutions
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings based on client insights
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in customer support or consulting is a plus but not required
