Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Agent for our Customer Service Department. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our German-speaking clients. You will handle inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and assist in resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat in German
- Provide detailed information about our products and services
- Resolve issues efficiently and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance the overall customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and teamwork
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
