Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat in German
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services
  • Resolve issues efficiently and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and teamwork
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools
