- Daily Monitoring of all Civil & MEP works.
- Monitoring daily work plan as per project time schedule.
- Monitoring quality assurances & control Plan.
- Provides Daily photo reports.
- Coordinate with Project team to complete project on schedule time.
- Reports to relevant project stakeholders.
- Ability to advice & solve construction problems.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations.
- Monitoring all project material supplying & installing.
- Coordinate with consultancy office.
Requirements
- High level education or equivalent.
- Experience in the construction work.
- Good knowledge with steel works.
- Mandatory Experience with MEP Works
- Good knowledge with safety regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Experience in a leadership role recommended.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license.
