Front Office Agent
at Luxxury Collection Marriott Zakynthos.
Requirements
As a Front Office Agent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Assisting guests throughout their stay, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Managing reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
- Providing detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Balancing daily transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance guest experience.
- Upholding the hotel's standards of service and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a Front Office or similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, FIDELIO) is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and a dedication to guest service excellence.
