Key responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Greet and seat guests in the dining area
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a front of house role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
