- Document all customer interactions and resolutions meticulously within the support management system.

Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.

- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is an advantage.
