As a Customer Consultant, you will engage with clients to answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer expert advice on optimizing their search engine strategies. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to French-speaking clients regarding our search engine services via phone, email, and chat
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to online media campaigns
• Document and track client interactions to ensure effective follow-up
• Assist clients in understanding and implementing best practices for search engine optimization and advertising
• Work alongside internal teams to tackle complex issues and enhance client experiences

Requirements
