As a remote support specialist, you will ensure a positive user experience by efficiently addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to French-speaking customers through various remote communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps, offering clear and effective solutions.
- Document all support interactions accurately and maintain detailed records within the support management system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed and that they are satisfied with the solutions provided.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry developments to offer knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks in a remote work environment.
