Responsibilities
- Engage with French-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone to assist with their online shopping inquiries.
- Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Effectively manage inquiries related to order statuses, returns, and exchanges.
- Listen to customer needs and offer tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with products, promotions, and company policies to relay accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the online retail or e-commerce industry.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and understanding of online shopping behaviors.
- Ability to connect with customers and provide empathetic and efficient support.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and e-commerce software.
