Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to clients in French and other languages through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system for reference and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and improve service skills.
- Suggest improvements to processes and workflows that enhance customer satisfaction and overall service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and at least one additional language (English, Spanish, Italian, etc.), both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support systems and Microsoft Office tools.
