- Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service experiences and overall satisfaction.

- Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and company offerings to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or support roles within the gaming industry is a plus.
